Terms of service
Your Drift Sports shoes come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two-years from the manufacture date or three months from the purchase date. We do not cover:
- Cosmetic discrepancies
- Incompatibility with non-Drift Sports parts
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, and normal wear and tear.
Here's what you'll need to do:
- Drift-Sports.com Orders: Please contact us to return the item.
- Drift Sports Authorized Dealer Purchases: Please return your shoes to the original place of purchase. We work with authorized retailers to accept returns for products with a material or workmanship flaw. If you cannot return to the original place of purchase, or if the retailer has referred you back to Drift Sports, you can file a claim.
Once the transaction is approved by Drift Sports, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on sending the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 1-3 weeks to complete your repair or exchange.
*No warranties on Sale items.
*For International warranties, only a credit or refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective product. We are not responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes on international warranty cases.
*Customers are responsible for all return shipping of products back to Drift Sports.
